Basic Principles
Loan to Value - LTV is the ratio between the property value and the total mortgages taken.
Position - Is the mortgage in the 1st or 2nd position?
The level of risk and interest rate will always depend on these parameters.
1st position, 65% LTV- 9% - 10%
2nd position, 70% LTV - 11% - 13%
