WARREN BUFFETT: STOP OVERTHINKING IT.

"If you have more than 120 or 130 I.Q. Points, you can afford to give the rest away. You don't need extraordinary intelligence to succeed as an investor."

How to overcome fear and build confidence?

One of the biggest problems people encounter with investing - themselves.

Sure, you have to be willing to do the legwork when researching new investment options, but you have to know when enough is enough. If you're constantly analyzing and reanalyzing everything, you're never going to get around to actually investing.

“To start something new, you have to leave something behind. There is a fear of the unknown. The first step is to overcome your fear.” – Rabbi Levi Brackman

Fear causes inaction – we are afraid of what might happen, so we don’t take that step forward or take that risk. And inaction fuels fear. So, because we didn’t try something new or didn’t move forward, we will continue to be afraid because it’s the unknown. Everyone has certain fears, and we all face obstacles, but the secret to success lies in beating them and achieving what is desired. The lack of confidence can hold you from pursuing your dreams. Be realistic about risk, analyze the investment and allow others to help you make the right decision base on your risk tolerance.
